- Allow at least 10 days of growth after shaving.
- Wait about 3 weeks after waxing.
- Avoid exfoliating for 3 days beforehand.
- Arrive with clean skin and no lotions or oils.
Protect your fresh skin
- Skip workouts and excess heat the same day.
- Avoid touching freshly sugared skin.
- Wait 3 days, then exfoliate gently and regularly.
- Moisturize daily with a natural body oil.
Can I come on my period?Yes—just wear a tampon for bikini or Brazilian services.
How long do results last?Most clients enjoy smooth skin for roughly 3–6 weeks.
Can I shave between visits?For the best progress, avoid shaving between sugaring appointments.

I began my career in 2007 and spent years specializing in hair removal before choosing the gentler, more natural approach of professional sugaring. Today, every appointment is personally performed by me with careful technique, honest education and no rushed, assembly-line experience.
